Our Wedding Cars

  • All quoted prices are based on the information provided on the Enquiry Form and are subject to change as details of the booking change.
  • Quotations are valid for a maximum of 28 days
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the Booking Fee (Deposit) and signed Booking Form has been received by us.
  • Wedding & Formal Bookings – The Booking Fee is 50% of the Total account for all vehicles, with a minimum of $100 being required. This is required within 3 days of receiving your booking confirmation. Credit Card details are also required for security purposes.
  • All Wedding vehicles are supplied with white ribbons and wedding decorations from our range. With the exception of coaches unless organised at the time of booking.
  • The vehicle/s supplied will be the vehicle/s stated except in circumstances beyond our control.
  • Whilst we will do our utmost to get you to your chosen destination on time, we take no responsibility for delays incurred that are out of our direct control, ie: bad traffic conditions or mechanical breakdown. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, be it a mechanical breakdown, or any other event, either before or during the booking, Our Wedding Cars will provide a substitute vehicle if possible or other mode of transportation. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle in case of an emergency. No recompense will be given in these circumstances should they occur.
  • No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location
  • Any compensation will be in kind
  • Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve the right to charge a minimum administration fee of $11 for major changes or alterations to the Booking ie: Date change or vehicle change.
  • Clients are reminded that is against the law to partake of non prescribed drugs, alcohol or cigarettes while in a passenger carrying vehicle. Alcohol may be permitted in a Stretch Limousine.
  • In the event of any soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the client or passengers, the client will be responsible to meet the costs of repairing and/or cleaning the vehicle – $250 for cars & smaller buses, $360 for larger coaches

On the wedding day

  • Times are calculated from the time of arrival at the point of the first pickup address and the time at the final drop off address.
  • Any overtime past the specified duration of the booking is charged at the appropriate half hour rate for the vehicle.

Cancellations

  • In the event of the unthinkable happening, we treat each cancellation individually. Special consideration is given when the circumstances are beyond the control of the client.

Our Policy is as follows

  • Cancellation within 30 days prior to the booked wedding date:
  • Loss of 100% of the total charter price for the wedding unless a replacement booking for the vehicles is accepted and paid for. In such an event an administration fee equal to  10% of the charter value, with a minimum amount of $55/booked vehicle, is retained
  • Cancellation within 30-60 days prior to the booked wedding date:
  • Loss of 50% of the total charter price for the wedding unless a replacement booking for the vehicle/s is accepted and paid for. In such an event an administration fee equal to  10%  of the charter value, with a minimum amount of $55/booked vehicle, is retained
  • Cancellation over 60 days prior to the booked wedding date:
  • Loss of 50% of the total charter price for the wedding unless a replacement booking for the vehicle/s is accepted and paid for. In such an event an administration fee equal to 10% of the charter value, with a minimum amount of $55/booked vehicle, is retained.
  • Cancellation over 90- 180 days prior to the booked wedding date:
  • Loss of 25% of the total charter price for the wedding unless a replacement booking for the vehicle/s is accepted and paid for. In such an event an administration fee equal to  10%  of the charter value, with a minimum amount of $55/booked vehicle, is retained
  • Cancellation over 181 days prior to the booked wedding date:
  • Administration charge of 10% of the total charter price for the wedding with a minimum amount of $55/booked vehicle, is retained.
